Bank Emblem in Sprint

VANCOUVER, B.C. (Aug. 1, 2008) -- Bank Emblem is the lone California-bred entered in Monday’s $56,500 British Columbia Cup Sprint Handicap at Hastings Park.

Bank Emblem is by Victory Gallop, out of the Water Bank mare Bank Connection, was bred by George Krikorian, was foaled at Cardiff Stud, is owned by Leo and Norma Shaw and trained by Robert Gilker.

He has 15 wins in 34 starts, earnings of $255,024 and is coming off a win in a July 1 optional claimer.
