Wayzata Bay Wins Prairie Meadows

ALTOONA, Iowa (July 27, 2008) -- Favored Wayzata Bay, a Kentucky-bred son of California stallion Roar, won Sunday’s $81,750 Prairie Meadows Handicap.

Wayzata Bay has 12 wins in 43 starts, earnings of $615,748 and won by three-quarters of a length at odds of 8-5. He ran the 1 1/16 miles in 1:42.01.
