Bel Air Sizzle Enters San Clemente
DEL MAR, Calif. (July 23, 2008) -- Bel Air Sizzle is the lone California-bred entered in Saturday’s $150,000 Grade II San Clemente Handicap for fillies and mares at one mile on the Del Mar turf course.
Bel Air Sizzle is by Unusual Heat, out of the Runaway Groom mare Bel Air Belle, was bred by Madeline Auerbach, David Abrams and Vincenso Loverso, was foaled at Old English Rancho, is owned by Auerbach, Loverso, McCauley, et al and trained by Barry Abrams.
She has four wins in 12 starts, earnings of $300,366 and is coming off a ninth in the July 5 American Oaks.
